What is the delivery time of my order?

When you place an order at MONDE DE L'AIME, the delivery time may differ slightly from what you're used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we significantly reduce storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at sharp prices.

The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to the high demand for our products, your order may take slightly longer to arrive. We hope for your understanding. If the estimated period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at info@mondedelaime.com. We’ll investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?

To return your item, simply contact our customer service at info@mondedelaime.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 from your confirmation email), and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

After that, you can send the item back via the courier of your choice.

What are the return shipping costs?

Return costs are at your own expense. The amount depends on the courier you choose. Please check your carrier’s website for detailed pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my item(s)?

You have 14 days to return your item after receiving it. However, certain conditions must be met:

  • The 14-day return period has not expired
  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached
  • The product has not been used

Which payment methods do you accept?

That’s not supposed to happen. Please send us an email with your full name and email address to info@mondedelaime.com. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.
