Returns

At MONDE DE L’AIME, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
